Context
GGT, or Good Gaming Token, is a virtual currency used by players in the sports fantasy card game Striker. The objective was to create a distinctive currency that stands out from other virtual currencies in the market.

Role
The project involved converting a 2D vector icon into a 3D asset for use in the app's UI. This included exploring various materials and textures while maintaining the core design of the existing GGT form.
A 2D vector icon was used to represent the virtual currency in the app.
A 3D rendition of the existing design; however, the chosen design and texture failed to capture the "Digital" aspect of the coin.
We discovered that using illuminating materials effectively enhanced the virtual appeal of the coin.
We decided on a translucent material with wave-like forms embedded with a subtle glow.
